Simbu-TamannahTamannaah Bhatia is the latest addition to the cast of Simbu-starrer Tamil romantic action-drama “Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan” aka “AAA”, which also stars Shriya Saran as one of the leading ladies. The film features Simbu in triple roles, and reportedly as father and son.

Director Adhik Ravichandran announced in his Twitter handle that Tamannaah would be joining his crew of Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan (AAA). We caught up with the director to know more details;

“Tamannaah plays the main lead in the film and would essay a cute young girl called Ramya. I needed someone who is very energetic and charismatic. She fits the bill perfectly. In each and every frame of hers you will feel the bubblyness.

AAA is not a normal film where a heroine comes for a few song sequences, fights and disappears. She is playing a very important character and would be there throughout the film. The scenes between her and Simbu would be very crucial and interesting. She would be responsible for a main twist in the film.

Tamannaah is very choosy about her projects and when I narrated the story, she felt it was fresh, different, concept based and something new for Tamil cinema that has not been attempted before. She immediately liked and agreed to be on board. There is so much scope for performance in the film for her.

You will realize that this role is tailor made for Tamannaah when you see the film. She is a busy artist and was sweet enough to allot her dates to us. We will be commencing our next schedule after 15th of this month in Chennai”.

Tamannaah Bhatia will be next seen in director SS Rajamouli’s multi-lingual movie Baahubali: The Beginning was not only a huge box-office success but also won the best feature film honour at this year’s National Awards. Tamannaah said the stress was apparent before the release of the first part but the team is more relaxed about the upcoming movie.

“We were more stressed out that time (referring to response for ‘Baahubali’). We did not how people in the South would react and whether the Hindi audience will accept it or not. Today everyone is excited to watch the film,” Tamannaah.

Baahubali: The Beginning and was simultaneously made in Telugu and Tamil. The epic historical fiction film starred Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah and Anushka Shetty in lead roles. The much-awaited second part of the magnum opus will hit theaters on April 28, 2017.
